Unless otherwise notified, your Under garments will go out within a week of purchase. As a small team, we always ask for a little patience — everything we do, we do ourselves.
Unfortunately we aren’t able to make changes to your order after it has been placed, but we can cancel an existing order that hasn’t shipped, allowing you to re-order the correct items. While we can’t guarantee that we’ll always get to your message in time, you can email shop@under-garments.co with any change requests.
We can accept unworn bras that are shipped back in original packaging for return within 7 business days of delivery. Shipping costs will not be refunded for returned items and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for returning garments that become lost in transit. We will always suggest keeping return shipping information for your records or in cases where filing a claim with the post becomes necessary. We reserve the right to deny any return that doesn’t meet our standards, in which case you’ll be alerted via email. For sanitation reasons, all briefs and boxer briefs are final sale.
